Housing Mobilisation Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the operational mobilisation implementation of our housing growth projects. This pivotal role ensures new services are implemented effectively, on time, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the social or community housing sector. They will possess tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Housing, Social Services, or related fields, and a proven track record in service implementation or operational mobilisation in housing, social services, or community sectors.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery experience. The ability to work effectively in government-funded or regulated environments is also essential.

As a Housing Mobilisation Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness, managing timelines, risks, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery, and supporting change management, communication, and workforce planning for new housing implementation.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will bring exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to this role. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong commitment to delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational mobilisation implementation of housing growth projects
• Develop and oversee operational mobilisation plans, timelines, and resource schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met through proactive project management
• Act as the central contact for stakeholders during mobilisation, facilitating communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage timelines, risks, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery
• Support change management, communication, and workforce planning for new housing implementation

Requirements:

• 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the social or community housing sector
• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Housing, Social Services, or related fields
• Formal training in project/program management is highly regarded
• Proven track record in service implementation or operational mobilisation in housing, social services, or community sectors
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery experience
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in government-funded or regulated environments
