About the Role

This position is crucial in ensuring seamless onboarding processes, including the coordination of site personnel's access paperwork, updating rosters, and creating job packs. You will work closely with various teams to guarantee that all necessary compliance checks are conducted and licenses, training records, and qualifications are up-to-date.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by placing job advertisements, screening applications, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement.
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to manage resource allocation during peak demands, coordinating interviews and allocating tasks effectively.
  • Utilise our recruitment system to track and manage candidates efficiently.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
