Aon Compliance Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join the Aon Compliance team in Australia.
As our Compliance Coordinator, you will be a member of the Australian Compliance team and report to the Compliance Manager. The primary responsibility of the Compliance Coordinator is to provide support to the Compliance Manager and Chief Compliance Officer with management of incidents, complaints, regulatory projects, and financial crime due diligence.
About the Role
- Providing administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Manager
- Assisting with the management of incidents, complaints, regulatory projects, and financial crime due diligence
- Responding to compliance-related queries from clients, insurers, and regulatory bodies
- Preparing reports for internal Compliance and Aon governance committees
- Delivering Compliance training to colleagues
- Building collaborative working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications
- An understanding of compliance principles or experience in a similar role
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry or in insurance broking and financial services
- Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize competing responsibilities
- Proactive nature with strong initiative and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Earnings Estimate: Based on national averages, the estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
