Risk and Compliance Support Specialist

The Role

CPL Group is a leading provider of disability support services in Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We're seeking an enthusiastic person to join our corporate team based in Brisbane to support with System and Document administration. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the operations of Risk, Compliance and Safety systems by providing system and documentation support.

Key Responsibilities

* Undertake system administration including supporting staff to access and update information, including supporting with user management, lists reviews and configuration and alerts and reports.
* Extract reports and data from a variety of systems and prepare basic snapshots and reports.
* Work collaboratively with all staff to proactively update and maintain CPL's Document Management requirements, such as archiving.
* Process Improvement Requests in an efficient and timely manner.
* Undertake basic research and analysis to inform team activities and contribute to the preparation of project and activity planning.
* Provide project and activity support across the Risk, Compliance and Safety team.
* Undertakes other responsibilities as required and directed by manager or delegate.

What You'll Need

* Demonstrated experience delivering system and/or document management support in a community service or not for profit environment.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience extracting reports from systems.
* Intermediate skills in computer software applications and technologies, including Microsoft Office suite of programs.
* Demonstrated problem solving, time management and task prioritisation skills, including the ability to work to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to develop and foster relationships within the team and across the CPL Group.
