About the Role

As an Environment and Compliance Specialist at Frontline Construction Australia, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations are aligned with industry standards and regulations.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and controlling all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation, including policies, procedures, and training records.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with tertiary qualifications and experience with document management systems being highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Ensure accurate labeling, accessibility, and up-to-date documentation of all HSE documents.
  • Compliance Tracking: Monitor and track compliance with regulatory and company standards, conducting regular reviews and audits as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with audits or inspections.
  • Communication: Liaise with different departments to distribute HSE documents, updates, and notifications.
