About The Role

This senior leadership position oversees the fintech business unit, encompassing payments, escrow, lending, trade credit, supply chain finance, insurance, and cross-border settlement.

The ideal candidate will drive financial services as a core engine of growth for our platform, collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global fintech strategy aligned with our growth roadmap.
  • Lead the design, launch, and scaling of financial products, ensuring operational excellence and revenue growth.
  • Build and scale a high-performing fintech team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Navigate multi-region regulations and compliance frameworks to ensure seamless global operations.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, payment service providers, buy-now-pay-later providers, and insurers across multiple regions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in fintech, payments, or marketplace financial services, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience scaling payments, lending, or insurance products on e-commerce or cross-border platforms.
  • Deep understanding of global payment systems, credit frameworks, and embedded finance.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating complex regulatory environments.
