Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in aged care assessment.

As a Team Leader, you will inspire and guide your team members to deliver exceptional results while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassion.

You will ensure that assessments are conducted efficiently, effectively, and with sensitivity towards our clients' needs.

Travel within your region is required, and occasional face-to-face assessments will be expected from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience, especially in remote teams
  • Passion for aged care and client-centered service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Relevant qualifications in Nursing, OT, Physio, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, or Exercise Physiology
  • AHPRA registration (or equivalent), valid driver's licence, and reliable vehicle
