Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our team in a 100 bed residential aged care facility and Transitional Care Program (TCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide clinical leadership, advice, education and support to Nurses and Carers.
  • Evaluate the facility's performance and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and accreditation standards.
  • Complete clinical data audits, conduct trend analysis and deliver actionable reports.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and develop targeted action plans to address gaps.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building productive relationships with residents and their relatives, addressing concerns and complaints.

About You:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least five years of experience in a Care Manager or Clinical Nurse Manager role within aged care.
  • A confident leader who provides education and mentoring, models desired behaviours and fosters a collaborative culture.
  • Experience with accreditation processes and preparing for evaluations.
  • Develops strong relationships with clients and families and delivers excellent customer service.
  • Resilient, motivated, organized and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
