Lead Aged Care Team
">This leadership opportunity allows you to manage and support a dedicated team of professionals in delivering high-quality care. As the Clinical Manager, your primary responsibility will be to mentor and guide the clinical team in meeting the individual needs of residents.
">About This Role
">The Clinical Manager will report directly to the Facility Manager and collaborate with the team to ensure quality standards are met. You will need to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including funding and policy protocols.

- Show a thorough understanding of the Aged Care sector, including funding and policy protocols.
- Train and support the clinical team to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
">A degree in a related field is essential, along with experience working in Aged Care. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
