Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee and coordinate the Aged Care Assessment Program. This role will provide expert advice on aged care discharge pathways and the NDIS in aged care settings.

The successful candidate will support the Director in matters of legislative reform implementation, engage relevant stakeholders, and ensure compliance requirements and objectives are met to drive best practice service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the Aged Care Assessment Program
  • Provide subject matter expertise on aged care discharge pathways and the NDIS
  • Support the Director in legislative reform implementation
  • Engage stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia, either as an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or hold a valid working visa.
