Aged Care Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-profile position for an experienced Aged Care professional to oversee the delivery of quality care and services to residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, leading clinical programs, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical care programs to enhance resident outcomes
  • Oversee the operation of the clinic, including supply chain management, compliance, and reporting
  • Mentor and train new staff members to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize the smooth operation of the home
Requirements:
  • Hold qualifications as a registered nurse with current registration
  • Possess at least 3 years' experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably at ward level or above
  • Demonstrate expertise in people management and budget administration
  • Have a background in aged care
