About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Support Officer to join our dedicated team at Respect Aged Care. As an IT Systems Support Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our technological infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality support and assistance to the Respect environment, staff, and residents.
  • Manage all Desktop and Windows infrastructure.
  • Achieve agreed service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
  • Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests.
  • Contribute to IT-related projects.
  • Work with third-party vendors as required.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.
  • Previous IT Helpdesk and Support experience.
