Physiotherapist - Community Healthcare Specialist

As a Physiotherapist with HealthcareLink Support, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in Launceston. Our team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our community-based program on a part-time or casual basis.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, personable care to clients in their homes, addressing a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders. Key responsibilities include treating clients with various conditions, including co-morbidities and post-acute care, post-surgical, reconditioning, and rehabilitation. You will also provide collaborative falls management intervention, exercise programs, and rehabilitation plans using evidence-based practice.
Benefits and Requirements
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as travel reimbursements, monthly team awards, free weekly coffee, and flexible scheduling. To be eligible, applicants must hold a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, current full registration with AHPRA, minimum one year of experience, valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, and relevant certifications, including police check, NDIS workers check, level 2 first aid, professional indemnity insurance, flu vaccination, and COVID-19 vaccination.
