Regional Sales Leadership Opportunity
The Lion team is seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth, foster strong relationships with key customers, and lead a dynamic sales team in Victoria. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to succeed in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and deliver exceptional outcomes for both the team and the company.
Your Mission Objectives:
  • Lead by example: Drive sales performance across all field sales KPIs to achieve volume, revenue, and market share goals.
  • Negotiate effectively: Take the lead in negotiations and business reviews with key customers across your region, ensuring mutual success and long-term growth.
  • Cultivate customer relationships: Develop and execute a customer engagement plan that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and relationships across the region.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on business priorities and ensure a unified approach to achieving results.

About the Role:
