Here's an exciting opportunity to work in a high-growth private business. You will oversee a team and drive new business growth within the area, supported by skilled account managers, internal resources, and a seasoned National Sales Manager.

About the Role
  • You will contribute to, implement, and monitor sales strategies across various segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of strategic plans for new business growth in relevant segments, testing initiatives, and innovation to deliver a winning offer.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, including account managers and business developers, providing ongoing development and mentoring.
  • Identify, manage, and develop multi-level client relationships and grow existing accounts to establish your employer as a preferred supplier.
  • Provide leadership through effective communication, active coaching, and development, leading to improved sales results.
  • Lead partnership reviews and develop customer accounts plans to optimize opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve key revenue and GP targets, including new business.
  • Participate in joint calls to existing and new business opportunities with the sales team.

  • Ability to understand and translate client business needs into valued solutions and create long-term relationships.
