Pandora Store Manager

As a results-driven leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Melbourne store. As the ultimate Pandora ambassador, you will coach and manage your team to empower them to shine as brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a high-performance selling environment that creates moments and exceeds shopper expectations by establishing a store culture that reflects our brand values.
  • Embrace opportunities to drive sales and exceed commercial targets and KPI expectations through sharp business acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Craft and inspire a talented team, fostering a sense of accountability for both individual and store performance.
  • Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned leader with 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organisation.
  • Talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams with strong recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver positive results and drive sales growth.
  • Strong leadership skills to build and maintain a high-performing team.
