We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and exceeding performance targets.
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a successful retail Store Manager
Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs
A natural leader connected to the learning and development of an engaged team
About the Role
The Customer Experience Leader will be responsible for:
Driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
Embracing the fun nature of the brand and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
Engaging and empowering the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration
Converting customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledge
