We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland.
This dynamic role will require you to work across several programs, including sustainment, development, and international projects.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading operations management, compliance, business support services, and traveller assistance for multiple delegated business activities.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers within the country.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project administration/support roles or similar, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead operations management, compliance, business support services, and traveller assistance for multiple delegated business activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers within the country.
- Investigate and provide guidance on complex issues related to international hires and assignees.
- Manage facility operations, non-real-property planning, project administration, and facilities provisioning.
- Ensure site/entity compliance with local laws, policies, and procedures.
- Interpret office and property accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax policies, and business objectives; recommend solutions.
- Lead teams in designing, developing, and implementing policies, programs, processes, and procedures to safeguard people, property, information, and the environment while ensuring security and fire regulation compliance.
- Monitor and collaborate with procurement at the local site; manage vendor activities including negotiations and performance evaluations.
- Demonstrated experience in project administration/support roles or similar.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating events such as executive visits, team planning, and training.
- Problem-solving skills demonstrating ingenuity and innovation.
- Experience in producing organizational structures, operating rhythms, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Experience in developing processes, plans, and policies to support projects.
- Experience in reconciling corporate credit cards and invoicing.
- Ability to assist with booking travel arrangements, including visas.
- Procurement experience for office supplies and project-related items.
- Adaptability to evolving environments and tasks.
- Australian Citizenship is required to meet security requirements.
- Strong negotiation, communication, computer literacy, and organizational skills.
- Defence security clearance is desirable.
