We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Highly Skilled Document Coordinator to create accurate and well-formatted documents for our company, M&JStepUp.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional typing skills and be able to effectively gather relevant data from various sources, including audio files, working documents, and research papers.

Responsibilities of the Highly Skilled Document Coordinator include:

  • Source and organize pertinent raw data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Type and format documents according to predetermined standards, adhering to guidelines and maintaining high quality.
  • Request clarity on assignment instructions when needed to ensure understanding.
  • Edit work thoroughly to guarantee error-free, consistent, and guideline-compliant documents.
  • Print and distribute approved copies as required, while maintaining digital records for backup purposes.
  • Download and install essential software updates, ensuring system security and efficiency.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Prior experience as a document coordinator or similar role is advantageous.
  • Satisfactory completion of a skills alignment exercise demonstrates expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in mainstream word processors is required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities enable effective time management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with precision ensures timely project completion.
  • Independent and group work capabilities facilitate seamless collaboration.

We estimate the salary for this position to be between $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. This figure is based on industry standards and the specific requirements of the role.
