As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and lead the team. Key responsibilities include reviewing store and team member performance, developing action plans, and empowering your team to achieve revenue targets.
A Bit About You...
- You have experience in commercial supervisory or management roles with a focus on customer-centricity
- Large format retail experience, particularly in high-volume environments
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to support the Store Manager in running the store and leading teams to achieve revenue goals
- Fashion or trend-oriented with expertise in visual display and stock optimization
