Event Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that exceed guest expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
About the Role- Manage all event leads to ensure seamless conversion and meet guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to plan and execute events.
- Assist with departmental reports to provide valuable insights for growth.
- Cultivate repeat business by delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Conduct hotel site inspections for prospective and existing clients.
- Communicate event details internally to ensure a cohesive experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or Event Management.
- Previous sales experience with a five-star hotel or deluxe wedding reception venue.
- Understanding of different cultural needs for weddings.
- Solid knowledge of the wedding and leisure market segments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-developed computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Event Management Software.
