Pet Care Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving the success and growth of our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Site Manager with operational matters
  • Manage staff, bookings, maintenance, administration, and more
  • Provide outstanding customer service through interactions, handling enquiries, and managing bookings
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for pets, meeting each individual's needs
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing team through teamwork and clear expectations

You will be responsible for overseeing the site when the Site Manager is unavailable, making informed decisions, and maintaining site-based social media pages.

We require someone with:

  • Previous experience leading a team or managing site-based operations (not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
  • A passion for problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Time management skills and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
