About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation as a Program Coordinator.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting all administration, coordination, and delivery of educational courses, events, and initiatives.

You will coordinate end-to-end course, event, and program logistics, including liaising with suppliers, venues, presenters, and catering. This role requires strong organisational and time management skills to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, events, training, education, or program administration/coordination. They will possess excellent communication skills, be well-presented, and confident in engaging with professional stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate course, event, and program logistics
    • Support members, guests, and clients with registrations, briefs, course notes, and agendas
    • Act as primary contact and engage with participants answering queries and escalating complaints when needed
    • Host participants at face-to-face and virtually delivered courses

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, events, training, education, or program administration/coordination
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
