Job Description

As a proactive leader with a passion for delivering excellence in a high-energy environment, this role is pivotal in shaping the success of our events and hospitality operations.

This leadership position requires someone who can effectively communicate with a diverse range of guests and team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising a large team of food & beverage attendants, assisting in the training offered alongside our Event Captains, and collaborating with our Floor Manager to enhance guest experience.

A few key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising team members and assisting the Event Management team to complete all people planning requirements, including training for our food & beverage attendants.
  • Setting specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervising the service flow and performance standards within the outlet.
  • Ensuring events are compliant with detailed client briefs supplied by the Sales team.
  • Communicating and implementing policies and procedures to all team members to ensure operation and quality service standards are maintained.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol programme.
  • Reporting all faults, repairs, and maintenance requirements in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires someone with extensive leadership experience, having previously led teams in fast-paced venues or events. The ideal candidate will possess a natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
