Key Events Supervisor Position

Event Supervisors play a pivotal role in the success of our events operations. This key position requires an individual with dynamic leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of food & beverage attendants, assisting in their training, and working closely with the Event Management team to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Supervise team members and collaborate with the Event Management team to complete all people planning requirements, including training for food & beverage attendants.
- Set daily performance objectives for the team and oversee service flow and performance standards within the outlet.
- Ensure events are compliant with client briefs supplied by the Sales team.
- Communicate and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Ensure compliance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol programme.
- Report maintenance and repair requirements to minimize disruption to business operations.
