We are seeking a senior solutions partner to work with customers in the banking sector at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify complex challenges and propose incremental value using our portfolio.
  • Understand customer business drivers and gain buy-in across all levels within client organizations.
  • Develop new products and solutions in collaboration with our team of experts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience delivering solutions and digital transformation services to banks for strategic initiatives.
  • A strong Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; an MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • Expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking.
  • A strong network with C-Suite executives within Tier 1/Tier 2/Challenger/Neo Banks in the region.
  • Excellent business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
  • Proficiency in English for business communication.
