Job Description:

The role of Senior Consultant entails taking on real ownership from day one, collaborating with senior leaders to design impactful solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Organisation Design, Transformation or Change Management within a consulting firm or relevant industry roles in Australia
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong communication skills backed by solid written and verbal communication
  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proficient data analysis and insight generation
  • Intellectually curious, commercially astute, and passionate about making organisations better
  • Ability to build and manage trusted relationships with key stakeholders for efficient delivery
