Technical Solutions Director Opportunity

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead the technical aspects of our sales organisation within the ANZ Federal Sales District.


You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partner and Alliances, Marketing and Product BU to develop and execute strategies for bringing our innovative solutions to market and achieving revenue targets.


The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving business growth through technical expertise and exceptional leadership skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to deliver pre-sales services and support to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growing the business through technical innovation and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to establish and monitor performance goals for the team.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our solutions to customers and partners through evangelism and industry events.
  • Provide market analysis and competitor insights to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions with the Sales Management team to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as electrical engineering, computer science or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with employees across functions.
  • Australian citizenship and security clearance (NV1 and above).
