About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Academic Services Officer to provide leadership to our team, liaising with key stakeholders and interpreting and applying university policies and procedures.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing timetabling and academic workload tasks, providing advice and solutions through logical, creative and innovative thinking.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. They will also have proven experience in a senior administrative role, advising and making recommendations to senior staff.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until 31 December 2025, with a commencement salary of $76,304 per annum (plus 17% superannuation).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience in a senior administrative role, advising and making recommendations to senior staff
  • Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with experience liaising at all levels to deliver quality customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in writing briefings and/or reports for a wide range of audiences
