You will lead and support a team who are responsible for a range of general administrative activities, including customer service, data management, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of professionals who provide administrative support to our academic units.
- Ensure the correct and consistent interpretation and application of our academic administration policies and procedures within the unit.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Strong transformational leadership capabilities, demonstrated by experience in leading and managing a team in a complex service environment.
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading a team in the provision of superior quality customer service.
- High level verbal and interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organization to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff.
- Highly developed organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines while working independently and as a member of a team.
