Expertise in Manufacturing Compliance

This role plays a crucial part in supporting various tasks including GMP, HACCP, regulatory compliance, new product development, formulation, and technical quality control processes.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct sampling, inspection, and approval of incoming goods, raw materials, packaging, and bulks.
- Perform in-process quality control inspections during manufacturing.
- Monitor temperatures and analyze data, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Complete scheduled monthly tasks such as pest control and equipment calibration.
- Investigate and report deviations from standard procedures.
- Coordinate with external laboratories for sample testing.
- Verify compliance of packing batch documents.
- Review batch documents and approve the packing of manufactured products, and assist in releasing finished products for supply.
Relevant qualifications related to biotechnology or pharmaceutical fields are required. Experience in manufacturing and operational environments is preferred.
