About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Quality manager to lead our quality control efforts in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with specifications, developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conducting regular safety audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain SOPs aligned with customer requirements
  • Ensure accurate documentation of product specifications and SOPs
  • Develop systems to track daily rejects and coordinate product status
  • Conduct regular safety audits and report findings to management
  • Assist in training process staff on new procedures and SOPs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality control or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong computer skills
