Compliance Analyst Role

This is a key opportunity for experienced professionals to apply their skills in a regulated environment. The role will report directly to the Head of Compliance and involve expanding your expertise across three business areas.

The successful candidate will have the chance to develop and maintain an enterprise-wide compliance calendar, working closely with different teams across the organization.

  • Support various teams with their compliance inquiries
  • Work with all internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards
  • Update compliance management plans, including regulatory changes and compliance policies
  • Monitor control assurance testing plans and compile compliance reports
  • Conduct compliance assessments and risk evaluations

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of experience in financial services and compliance, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

You should have a good understanding of the financial services industry in the USA, Australia, and Canada, along with knowledge of relevant regulators and current legislative requirements.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Law, Commerce, or Accounting, is highly regarded.
