Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Compliance and Risk Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and risk management, with the ability to draft and maintain policies and procedures.

  • Oversight of Licensee's general compliance and maintenance of the monthly compliance register to ensure alignment with license conditions is crucial for this role.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting policies and procedures for adherence and upkeep.
  • Creation and maintenance of risk registers, along with regular risk assessments for key business operations aspects, will be a key part of the job.
  • Identification of regulatory trends and development, advising on potential impacts and collaborating with the business to implement required changes, is essential for this position.
  • Conducting ongoing compliance risk assessments and coordinating with business leads to resolve control gaps will require effective communication skills.
  • Assessment of compliance risks in new product, service, and system launches, providing procedural measures to mitigate potential risks, will demand a high level of analytical skill.
  • Liaising with institutional clients and third-party service providers, performing due diligence and obtaining required information, will be an important aspect of the role.
