Job Title: Employment Specialist

Support the HR team in various tasks to enhance employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Publish job postings, track candidate applications, and assist with screening resumes.
  2. Compile candidate shortlists for review, schedule interviews between applicants and managers, and maintain employee records.
  3. Assist in drafting internal announcements, help plan and coordinate team engagement activities or virtual events, and support coordination of interviews.

To excel in this role, you should have good written communication skills, an eye for design, and familiarity with content planning tools like Canva or Google Workspace. Experience in HR, administration, or marketing is a plus.
