- Ensure quality and compliance-driven outcomes that adhere to government contract requirements.
- Support job seekers to develop the confidence and build their skills to re-enter the workforce.
- Help employers find the right person for the job through effective reverse marketing and cold calling strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Provide education on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders.
- Offer post-placement support to job seekers and employers.
