Front Office Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly front office receptionist to join our team in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD.

About the Role:

In this service-driven position, you will be the face and first point of contact for guests at our resort. You will be responsible for guest check-in and check-out, processing payments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest check-in and check-out, and accommodation reservations for leisure travellers and conference groups;
  • Processing payments & maintaining records;
  • Answering incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests;
  • Providing information to guests about accommodation, rates, & amenities;
  • Cross-selling & upselling products & services;
  • Communicating & collaborating with other departments such as food & beverage, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance & spa.
