\section{Requirements}\item Experience in Front Office, Concierge, or Reception (hotel experience preferred but not essential).\item A natural people person who makes guests feel at home with ease and warmth.\item Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.\item Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable manner.\item Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed even in busy situations.\item Familiarity with hospitality systems and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.\\
