We are looking for a Fabrication Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, who can manage and motivate a diverse group of skilled tradespeople.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and resolving bottlenecks. They will also be responsible for ensuring safety and quality compliance at all times, adhering strictly to AS/NZ and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate fabrication processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Manage workflows, oversee teams, and maintain high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver project results
  • Mentor tradespeople, promoting a supportive team culture
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fabrication coordination or project management
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Excellent communication skills and priority management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Trade background in boilermaking, fabrication, or welding
  • Experience with structural steel and piping fabrication, and knowledge of AS/NZ and ISO standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
