We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager/Workshop Manager to join our team in North Brisbane.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing daily task sheets, preparing documents for fabrication process, and overseeing workshop staff to conduct fabrication.

  • Organize and allocate tasks to staff members on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for the fabrication process.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop staff to ensure efficient production.
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards during fabrication.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Boilermaker.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
