**Steel Detailer Role**

The Steel Detailer plays a crucial role in providing high-quality steel design documentation to support manufacturing, production, and construction processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Comprehensive modelling and fabrication of shop drawings for speculative and live project works
  • Primary steel and light gauge steel framing detailing of projects
  • Preparing clear and concise documentation, including BIM modelling, fabrication shop drawings, cut lists, drawing lists, and other supporting documentation

To be successful, the applicant should have a trade background, 3+ years' experience in a similar position, structural/engineering qualification or similar, and knowledge of Australian detailing practices for structural steel and light gauge steel.
