Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive strategic partnerships with business units, lead talent strategy, and ensure people data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive professional HR partnerships to deliver business outcomes in line with global and regional strategies.
  • Develop and implement talent attraction and development plans for local business units.
  • Lead HR processes including onboarding, organizational development, compensation, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Provide HR expertise in employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Support organizational changes including communications and transition planning.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as an HR professional, with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Australia.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law.
  • A solid understanding of the full HR cycle, particularly knowledge of performance management, talent management, development, reward, retention, employee relations, employee engagement, employment laws, mentoring, coaching, resource management, and career planning.
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills, with proven success in establishing credibility with leaders and handling complex situations.
  • Experience in working effectively under pressure to drive multiple deliverables in short time constraints.
  • Excellent organizational skills, execution, and follow-through skills.
  • Demonstrates passion, commitment, and a can-do attitude.
