This is a twelve-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney. The role is a true generalist position offering variety and the opportunity to work on projects that you will see implemented in real-time. You will join a hardworking, collaborative team that provides resources and support to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and partner with business units, acting as their SME for all things Human Resources.
Provide HR advice, guidance and recommendations to managers and employees across the employee life-cycle.
Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plans, policy integration, and more.
With support from the P&C Manager, manage complex employee relations matters by supporting line managers with performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee conduct concerns, while providing expert guidance on key issues.
Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with the P&C Manager to support the remuneration review process, including benchmarking, performance-based outcomes, and ensuring internal equity.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
Significant HR Generalist experience.
Experience in a highly regulated environment such as financial services.
Excellent communication and partnering skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
