Job Description:

The role of a Legal Counsel and Compliance Manager involves overseeing group-wide compliance and governance, ensuring corporate reporting and regulatory requirements are met, providing regulatory and risk advice across business units, supporting transactions, M&A, and corporate governance projects, and contributing to disputes, litigation, and tender processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop comprehensive compliance programs
  • Monitor and analyse corporate reporting and regulatory data
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory and risk matters
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects
  • Contribute to high-level dispute resolution and litigation activities
Requirements:

Applicants must possess at least 3 years PQE experience, a background in a recognised firm or organisation, and experience in several areas including compliance systems, corporate governance, corporate reporting, risk advisory, transactions, or ESG regulations. They should also have a strong ability to manage multiple matters independently.
