Senior Corporate Governance Officer

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Governance Officer to join our corporate governance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in company secretariat roles to take on new challenges and responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Governance in delivering high-quality governance services to the Board, Audit Committee, Risk Committee, People Committee, Culture Committee & Remuneration Committee, and Nominations Committee.
  • Prepare agendas, communicate paper requirements, and review papers prior to submission to senior management.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and actions as required.
  • Maintain the annual calendar of Board and committee meetings and track actions throughout the year.
  • Review board and committee charters.
  • Coordinate director inductions and arrange governance briefings.
  • Maintain registers and records related to the Board and Directors.
  • Assist with regulatory filings, including ASIC submissions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate governance role.
  • Proficient in online platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
