Responsibilities
  • Manage complex global programs, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with software development, cloud infrastructure, and security teams to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain agile project plans, iterating based on changing requirements and stakeholder feedback.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate program status, progress, and results.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program and project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in software development life cycles, cloud-based projects, and IT service management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and action items.
  • PMP or other relevant certification, with knowledge of industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Salary Estimate

$145,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
