Job Title: Asset Manager - Portfolio Optimization

Description:

The Asset Manager - Portfolio Optimization plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of assets within our portfolios.

This position will contribute to the overall success of our organization by efficiently and effectively managing the asset management system on behalf of our clients.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will provide technical analysis of strategic equipment data and be responsible for managing designated projects, Planned Preventative Maintenance programs, PPM Schedules and other related activities to drive efficacies and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in the management of Planned Preventative Maintenance programs and assets.
  • Maintain financial controls and reporting for PPM programmes.
  • Develop and document asset standards and processes.
  • Provide recommendations for the improvement of operational performance and project manage the implementation of recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Operations team and other stakeholders in onboarding new partners and aligning asset management strategies with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or similar (essential) or Degree in Business/Finance or similar

• A track record in a similar role, ideally in demanding and complex environments

• Advanced Excel skills

• Power BI / Power Pivot / Power Query reporting experience highly regarded

• Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction

• Self-starting, able to work with a minimum of supervision

• Exceptional attention to detail
