Maximize the return of a dynamic shopping centre portfolio through effective risk management and stakeholder negotiation.

\About The Role\

As Asset Manager, you will report to the National Portfolio Manager and lead the optimization of existing and new assets, including third-party contract managers.

\

You'll collaborate with a highly engaged team who value collaboration and results-driven work.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Evaluate monthly financial reports and quarterly forecasting, working with external agents to set annual budgets\
  • Oversee external agents to manage risk and compliance, upholding presentation standards\
  • Liaise with third parties to negotiate lease renewals, assignments, new licences, and leases\
  • Prepare due diligence materials for property divestments and information for external valuations\
  • Work with Capital Transactions and Development teams to facilitate smooth transitions of new assets under management\

About You and Your Skills

\

With 5+ years of commercial property / retail asset management experience, you're a strategic thinker and people person with proven negotiation skills.

\

- A property-related tertiary qualification, or relevant experience in a related discipline\

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently\Conduct work with passion and pace\
