Job Overview

We are seeking a commercially sharp and financially astute Senior Asset Manager to join our high-performing team. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets, driving performance through financial excellence, leasing strategies, and proactive management.

About the Role

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of industrial and logistics assets to achieve optimal performance and returns.
  • Promote cost-effective leasing strategies to maximize income and minimize expenses.
  • Analyze and manage asset-level profit and loss statements, cash flows, valuations, and capital expenditure planning to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate leasing agreements to secure optimal terms and conditions.
  • Oversee operational budgets and expenditures across the portfolio to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Present asset performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Your Profile

  • You have 5+ years' experience in asset management within property funds, investment management, or institutional real estate.
  • You possess strong financial modeling skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering improved asset performance and net operating income.
  • Experience with industrial/logistics assets is highly desirable.
  • You excel at stakeholder management and can present complex information effectively.
  • You can leverage operational support to focus on strategic initiatives and drive portfolio growth.
