Job Title: Senior Client Solutions Manager
">This role involves partnering with clients to deliver solutions and improve efficiency in their supply chain. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide valuable insights and expertise to help them navigate complex logistics scenarios.
">To achieve this goal, you will collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition to our solution and continuous value add. Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships with stakeholders, providing excellent service levels while ensuring competitive pricing, project management to ensure accurate, timely and actionable outcomes, influencing change to create further efficiencies across the client's supply chain, and managing administrative functions for assigned accounts.
">You will be required to work closely with clients to ensure they achieve project goals & timelines, ensuring service levels are met and annual NPS scores are achieved. This role requires experience in a Client Management role, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management, as well as strong process focus, specifically in relationship management, deep understanding of commercial drivers of business, proven analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills, ability to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find the best solution, relentless passion for providing a superior customer experience, and a solution focused orientation.
